Tossed Island Greens with Condiments (celery sticks, carrots sticks, artichokes, olives, cucumber slices, croutons, alfalfa sprouts and oven roasted beets) with Chef Sam's Creamy Oriental Dressing

Watercress bean sprouts, grilled vegetable penne pasta,
island style potato-macaroni salad, namasu, kirn chee,
fresh fruit bowl, papaya, lomi lomi hauula tomato

Poke Station
Limu poke, shoyu poke, kim chee mussel poke,
sesame tako poke, island sashimi


Carving Station
Slow roasted garlic rubbed prime rib with au jus

Omelet Station

Steamed white rice, fried rice, kapakahi mashed potatoes, stir fried vegetables, pasta of the day, steamed fresh island fish,- macadamia nut crusted chicken, grilled pork chops with shiitake mushroom cream, assorted breakfast meats, chicken long rice, kalua pig, poi, and steamed snow crab legs with drawn butter.

Dessert Station
Warm apple cobbler, bread pudding, pineapple cheesecake,
